Chelsea's story
Why I do this work.
I came into real estate the way most LGBTQ+ realtors do — through our own first home purchase. Tara and I bought in Metro San Diego because it was the neighborhood we wanted to raise our kids in. The agent we worked with was kind but did not know what to do with the joint-title questions, the lender questions, the school-district family-structure questions.
I built this practice so the next LGBTQ+ couple, family, or first-time buyer would not have to translate. The community context is part of the service, not an add-on. Top 3% production means I am also a working agent in a competitive market — not someone who only shows up for the niche. Both, not one or the other.
